Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of SecondDial, operated by Zulacart Limited ("we", "our", "us"), Suite A, 82 James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
1. The service
SecondDial is a missed-call text-back service for small service businesses. When a call to your enrolled business number goes unanswered, SecondDial automatically sends the caller a follow-up SMS, collects basic enquiry details (issue, ZIP/postal code, urgency, callback preference), and forwards a summary to you. SecondDial does not schedule appointments on your behalf unless you configure it to do so.
2. Your responsibilities
- You must have the right to use the phone number(s) you enroll (you own the number or are authorized by its owner).
- You are responsible for responding to the enquiries we forward to you.
- You must not use SecondDial to send spam, unlawful, harassing or deceptive messages.
- You must comply with all applicable telemarketing and messaging laws in the jurisdictions where you operate, including the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.
3. SMS program terms
- Consent: end users consent to the follow-up SMS by calling your enrolled number; the first message is a direct response to their own missed call.
- Frequency: message frequency varies per enquiry.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply to recipients.
- Opt-out: recipients may reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. We honor opt-outs immediately and maintain suppression lists.
- Support: for help with the SMS program, email [email protected].
4. Fees and billing
Fees are as set out in your subscription order (e.g., a one-time setup fee plus a monthly subscription). Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Telecom usage charges incurred on your behalf are included in your subscription unless stated otherwise.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or generate abuse complaints.
6. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party telecom providers; we are not liable for outages, delays or message delivery failures outside our reasonable control.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or unlawful use. On termination, your enrolled numbers are released and message history is handled per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
