SMS information

What the program does

After an unanswered call to a configured business number is detected, SecondDial sends an automated text to a reachable, text-capable caller number. A conversation collects enquiry details and may accept an optional photo. An SMS summary goes to the owner’s separate mobile.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies by enquiry. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Delivery and timing depend on carrier conditions. The sender number is confirmed during setup.

Opt-out and help

To opt out of messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP. Contact [email protected] for support. We honor opt-out requests promptly.

Consent and registration

The trial form requests contact about setup, not a marketing-message subscription. Caller messaging consent, automation disclosure, registration and suppression procedures must be checked against the live program before public launch. Calling a business number is not presented here as blanket consent to unrelated promotional messages.

SMS/MMS allowances and fair-use terms will be confirmed before activation and paid enrollment.
